À propos de l'auteur: Eric Swalwell grew up in California's East Bay. After earning undergraduate and law degrees at the University of Maryland, he served as a prosecutor in the Alameda County District Attorney's Office. Elected to Congress in 2012 to represent the East Bay, he is now in his fifth term and serves on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and the House Judiciary Committee.
