Prof. (Dr.) Rajeev Kumar is a renowned academician and administrator with over 15 years of expertise in advancing professional education. He currently serves as a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Moradabad Institute of Technology, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. Prof. Kumar’s impressive academic credentials include a Ph.D. and a D.Sc. (Post-Doctoral Degree) in Computer Science, and a Postdoctoral Fellowship from Malaysia. He has further enhanced his expertise with certifications in Data Science and Machine Learning using Python and R Programming from IIM Raipur and advanced certifications from IBM and Google. As a senior member of IEEE, Prof. Kumar plays an active role in the IEEE Young Professional Committee and is also associated with the ACM, Computer Society of India (CSI), and SMIEEE. With core expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, e-governance, and Networking, Prof. Kumar has significantly contributed to advancing academic programs. His efforts include curriculum design, delivering expert talks, and participating in high-impact leadership training programs. He has played a pivotal role in NAAC SSR preparations and has represented his institution at prestigious international academic forums in London, Mauritius, Malaysia, and Dubai. As a dedicated mentor, Prof. Kumar has guided ten scholars to complete their Ph.D. research, with four more pursuing their doctorates under his supervision and five pursuing post-doctorates from Malaysia. Ankush Joshi , a seasoned professional with 13 years of experience, holds an impressive academic background. His pursuit of knowledge continued with postgraduate qualifications, including an MCA and M.Tech, culminating in a Ph.D. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at COER University, Roorkee, Dr. Joshi specializes in the dynamic fields of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science. His extensive expertise and dedication make him a valuable asset in shaping the academic landscape at COER. He is authored and co-authored more than 10 papers in refereed international journals and IEEE conferences, Served as a reviewer and chaired session in IEEE conferences. Hari Om Sharan serving as Dean – Academics at Amity University Kolkata (India), he is having more than 17 Years of experience in academic as well in research, his research area is Networking, AI, Security and High Performance Computing. . Dr. Sharan received his Ph.D in DNA Computing: A Novel Approach towards the solution of NP-Complete Problems, and his UG (B.Tech) & PG (M.Tech) in Computer Science and Engineering, He has done International certification in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning Deep Learning and its Application. Dr. Sharan guides the college towards academic excellence; promotes a culture of research, innovation and leads new curricula and program development efforts. He is expert in designing & deployment academic curriculum, and Program inception. As the chairman of IPR cell, he organizes the seminar, workshops for the students and faculty to promote the research. Dr. Sharan also published two books on Mobile Network Technology and Database. Dr. Sharan developed short term course on Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning Deep Learning and its Application, and published 43 patents (National/International) & copyrights mostly in Computer Science and Engineering to serve the nation in the field of research. Dr. Sharan authored and coauthored more than 80 papers in refereed international journal and conferences like IEEE, Springer, International Journal of researcher, American Journal of Physics (USA) and many international Conferences and National Conferences, like IIT (International Conference) etc. and serve as editor of different international journal and Reviewer in SCI and Non-SCI journal, serve as a committee member in many IEEE Society, Springer International Conferences. Sheng-Lung Peng is a Professor and the director (head) of the Department of Creative Technologies and Product Design, National Taipei University of Business, Taiwan. He received the PhD degree in Computer Science from the National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan. He is an honorary Professor of Beijing Information Science and Technology University, China, and a visiting Professor of Ningxia Institute of Science and Technology, China. He is also an adjunct Professor of Mandsaur University, India. Dr. Peng has edited several special issues at journals, such as Soft Computing, Journal of Internet Technology, Journal of Real-Time Image Processing, International Journal of Knowledge and System Science, MDPI Algorithms, and so on. His research interests are in designing and analyzing algorithms for Bioinformatics, Combinatorics, Data Mining, and Networks areas in which he has published over 100 research papers.
