An introduction to evidence-based mental health care for all professionals working in that field - very few other books are multi-disciplinary in this way. Lays stress on critical appraisal of rating scales and clinical decision rules, which are important in mental health but not dealt with well in existing E. B. M. books. Self-testing exercises and answers reinforce learning. Useful for postgraduate exams but does not focus entirely on that market.
