À propos des auteurs: Professor Nand L. Dhameja, PhD, is a fellow at IIM, Ahmedabad. He has vast experience in research, consultancy, and training, and has been involved in national and international projects including privatization, urban infrastructure projects involving PPP approach, evaluation of health care, and implementation of ZBB. Currently, he is professor FMS, Manav Rachna International University, Faridabad. He has contributed a number of books and research papers.

Professor Ashok Panjwani is professor of operations management at MDI Gurugram, India. He obtained his bachelor's in civil engineering from IIT Delhi, 1981. He then worked in the Indian civil engineering industry for 4 years, before he quit to pursue in 1985 and complete his PhD.
