The Flow System Playbook, is designed to accompany the text, The Flow System: The Evolution of Agile and Lean Thinking in an Age of Complexity (Turner, Thurlow, Rivera., 2020). While the original book provided the research and theory that helped to derive The Flow System (TFS) and the Triple Helix of Flow, the playbook focuses on the methods, techniques, and tools introduced in TFS.

The Flow System Playbook is an educational aid for employees, managers, leaders, and practitioners. This playbook provides scaffolding for learning, consisting of three main phases:
- Learning the assembly of methods, techniques, and tools that make up The Flow System.
- Applying these assemblies of methods, that advances learning by guiding practitioners to experiment with each method.
- Identifying how to entangle the assembly of methods from each of the three helixes from the Triple Helix of Flow (complexity thinking, distributed leadership, and team science) to achieve a state of flow.
The Flow System Playbook is a powerful tool describing many concepts and methods for managers and practitioners to facilitate a fresh approach to dealing with ambiguity, complexity, and uncertainty in today's institutions and organizations.

Returns Policy
We ask all customers to contact us for authorisation should they wish to return their order. Orders returned without authorisation may not be credited.
If you wish to return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain authorisation.
Returns requested beyond this time will not be authorised.
Our team will provide full instructions on how to return your order and once received our returns department will process your refund.
Please note the cost to return any unwanted order to us is borne by the buyer.
Should your order arrive damaged, not as advertised or faulty, we must be advised of this within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us so we can find the best solution for you.
