Pages can include considerable notes--in pen or highlighter--but notes cannot obscure the text. An acceptable condition complete set of books. These are ex-library rebinds with the usual amount of stamps. Two volumes. Both are from the same collection and so are uniform with one another in binding and condition. Light shelf wear and marks to the spine. Both books are missing their halftitle page, hence acceptable. A light tan to the pages and typical dusty marks to the textblock edges and margins, but overall the pages are decent for the age of the set. Volume two has a pair of pages half-loose from the binding at the bottom edge and so the outer edge is mildly dog-eared. The contents are generally firmly bound.
