With more than 2,000 five-star reviews, readers are raving over The Founders' Speech to a Nation in Crisis. The passion of the reviewers jumps off the page (This book nearly made me stand up and cheer - Absolutely BEAUTIFUL - I was in tears, just in the prologue ) and captures the heart-felt response to this one-of-a-kind tapestry of the Founders' words. Described as the TRUE narrative of our founding, this compelling work is not only the #1 National Bestseller on America's Founding, it is also the much-needed rebuttal to all who would tear down the Founding Fathers of our nation. The continued relevance of the Founders' words-as revealed in this unique, meticulously crafted work-is a clarion call to defend our natural rights that will both stun readers and leave them celebrating America.I was not disappointed in the least The book is written as a speech to the nation, composed of the actual words spoken or written by many of the Founding Fathers and a few others . This book will move those that are thrilled with the history of our great nation, and give courage to stand against the tide wishing to drown our incredible history with undue criticism and scandal. This book will renew your love of how our country came to be, the benefits we derived from these great men and their lofty ideals, the promise of a new nation conceived in liberty. -P. Creery In The Founders' Speech, Mr. Rabb has created a masterfully presented work and a single source of best of quotes that has quickly become a beloved nightstand fixture that will be cherished and shared for generations to come. Readers who add this timely book to their shelves will gain a deepened understanding of the God-given rights of man, along with the virtues and duties required in a people who seek to retain them. The unity of this book is powerful, but the most impressive aspect of the book is the fact that the figures who arose from the enlightenment saw precisely the kinds of challenges which we face today. -Richard B. Schwartz, Professor of English, The University of Missouri.…

If the Founding Fathers returned today to deliver a single speech to America from the steps of the Capitol, what would they say?
This book is that speech — in their own words.
To make that possible, Steven Rabb spent two years inside thousands of original texts and letters, driven by a single conviction: that the Founders’ own words — gathered across ten themes into a single speech that meets this moment — would do what no modern voice can.
And readers love it. You can feel it in their reviews.
“Absolutely BEAUTIFUL! This book is a shocking experience. It’s very moving.” — Christine P.
Christine is not alone.
With more than 100,000 copies sold and 3,150 FIVE-STAR REVIEWS, The Founders’ Speech to a Nation in Crisis is the #1 National Bestseller on America’s Founding principles.
Readers not only finish it — they share it — and they return to it.
“I studied political science and history in college. This is by far one of the best books I’ve ever read. It is my go-to for inspiration and encouragement if I am blue because of the daily news. Yes, there is hope for America.” — Amazon Reviewer
Behind every heartfelt review is a citizen who opened this book carrying a quiet fear — that something precious has been lost, that the country they love is slipping away — and then heard those fears answered in the actual words of the patriots who declared Independence, defeated tyranny, and built this nation.
“My heart has been aching, wondering what our Founding Fathers would think of our country today…then I found this book. I was in tears just in the Prologue! Every American should have and read this book!” — Cynthia H.
The Prologue opens in present-day Independence Hall, where the Founding Fathers gather to write the speech that becomes this book.
As you turn the page, you feel like you are sitting in a church pew, grappling with a mix of angst and sadness and even anger for what has happened to your country. And then the seven Founding Fathers walk onto the stage, and together give a single speech that so captures the moment you are living through, that so points the way forward, that so reminds you of why you love this country, that before you know it you are on your feet, cheering, clapping, and ready to defend the liberty they risked their lives for. And as you look around, you realize that you are not alone.
“To imagine if America’s Founders could come back to speak to us today — in their own words, regarding Liberty, the Rights of Conscience, the Constitution, and what it means to have true Reverence for the Law. Well in reading this you will come to realize that they have come back to us — through this book.” — Chuck Payne, Georgia State Senator
For many readers, the Tyranny chapter hits hardest. When Madison warns that liberty dies by gradual and silent encroachments, readers recognize the censors and bureaucrats among us today. When Adams describes the cancer of government dependence — how revenue creates pensioners who demand more revenue — readers feel the ache of what has been surrendered: the independent American spirit the Founders gave everything to defend. In that moment, the reader understands what we are fighting against — and what we are fighting for.
“I fought and bled for this nation and the Constitution for nearly 30 years of my life. The message of this book is a final wake-up call to the freedom-loving people of this nation. They are few, but we are many.” — Wayne Chandler
The Founders saw this moment coming. This book is their message to us.
