This rigorous text provides in-depth coverage of radar signal processing from a DSP perspective, filling a gap in the literature. There are a number of good books on general radar systems: Skolnik and Nathanson are the most popular. There are also good monographs on advanced and specialty topics like synthetic aperture imaging. But there is a large, practical gap between the qualitative system books and the advanced DSP titles, and that is the slot this book fills.
À propos de l?auteur: Mark A. Richards, Ph.D. is a Principal Research Engineer and Adjunct Professor at the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is an Associate Editor of the IEEE Transactions on Image Processing and a past Associate Editor of the IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing. He served as General Chair of the IEEE 2001 Radar Conference. Dr. Richards teaches Fundamentals of Radar Signal Processing at the fourth year and graduate level, and Radar Signal Processing as a GIT professional short course.
