Functional foods are gaining popularity worldwide owing to the consumer’s trend towards natural cure by means of dietary modifications. Garlic has wide applications as antioxidant, antifungal, antithrombotic, hypocholestrolemic & hypoglycemic agent and could also improve the immune dysfunction and cancer.
