15.5 cm x 24 cm iv + 245 pages illustrated with sixty hand coloured plates, containing 260 figures of univalves and bivalves.All edges gilt contents clean and tight armorial bookplate to front paste down. Bound in half dark green morocco over marbled boards spine in 6 compartments with gilt shell motifs within decorative borders. Some light rubbing to spine edges , 2cm x 1cm bruise to front edge of rear board.A very good copy in an attractive binding of the second edition. N° de réf. du vendeur 001380
