Vertical splits running down spine face and sides. Spine ends are chipped. Gilt decoration on spine has partially faded. Page block and pages are tanned and foxed. Pastedown hinges are split. FEP is detached from binding. Library labels on front pastedown and FEP. Stamps on front pastedown, reverse of title page and final page. Creases throughout pages. Text remains clear throughout.
