A propos de cet article

A memoir, by his daughter, of the great modernist architect who, along with his partner William Lescaze, was a strong proponent of the International style in American architecture. Howe was also Chairman of the Department of Architecture at Yale. With selections from Howe's diaries. Not as dreary as the subtitle would suggest. First edition. 8vo; 114 pp.; illustrated from photographs. Inscribed by author, and with author's inked correction to p. 3. A fine copy in original red and white cloth, published without a dust jacket.
