The dust with the price has modest handling and is lightly toned and in a clear Mylar sleeve. 8vo; 9 inches tall; 245 pages with an index; illustrated and numerous fold-out color maps. The follow-up volume to the author's 1934 "Ulysses S. Background Information: Robert Rutherford "Colonel" McCormick was an American lawyer, businessman and anti-war activist.
