À propos des auteurs: Mark Patrick Ryan currently serves as the Superintendent of the North Valley Military Institute in the San Fernando Valley of California. He has served as a K-12 teacher and administrator for more than 30 years. His Ph.D. is from the University of Southern California in Curriculum and Instruction, and he has taught as an adjunct faculty member at Loyola Marymount University, California State University Dominguez Hills, and National University, among others.

Timothy L. Weekes , Ed.D., is an Associate Professor of Education at Holy Names University in Oakland, CA. He is a former secondary school math educator and has research interests in charter schools and school reform efforts.
