Healthcare is often the second-highest cost of doing business, yet many CEOs find themselves paying more each year for diminishing returns. What if there was a way to slash these costs while offering better benefits to your employees?
Aspirational healthcare offers a proven, transformative, and sustainable approach that’s easy for CEOs to implement and monitor through a dashboard. This isn't just another Band-Aid solution—it's modeled after the internationally acclaimed Nuka System of Care in Alaska. For over 20 years, Nuka has set the gold standard for patient satisfaction and reduced costs, achieving what seemed impossible: a healthcare system that genuinely works for its customers at half the cost.
As a CEO, you hold the power to revolutionize how healthcare works for your organization. By adopting aspirational healthcare, you can take control of healthcare spending, offer superior benefits, and foster a healthier, more productive workforce. It's time to break free from the broken U.S. healthcare system. Discover how you can lead this change, providing your team with the benefits they deserve while achieving dramatic cost savings. Learn how to control your company's financial destiny and the well-being of your employees and their families.
Darrell Moon is a healthcare innovator and founder of Orriant, dedicated to helping people improve their relationship with healthcare. His hospital administration experience enabled him to recognize the inefficiencies of the U.S. healthcare system, and he set out to develop solutions. Inspired by the Nuka System of Care, Darrell founded Orriant and Aspirational Healthcare, helping companies adopt strategies that enhance employee health and satisfaction while reducing organizational costs.
Praise for Make Healthcare Work for You . . .
“Health and well-being are very personal and individualized; however, we throw employees into a very impersonal healthcare system with misaligned incentives. Darrell provides concrete examples on how to change this for the benefit of the individual and the company providing benefits.” K. Andrew Crighton, M.D., CPE, former retired Chief Medical Officer, Prudential Financial (1999-2019)“Make Healthcare Work for You is packed with information to empower employers and patients to take charge of their healthcare to save money, improve access, and achieve better healthcare outcomes.” —Dr. Ronke Komolafe, DBH, MBA, CEO Advancing Integrated Health, Founder of Integrated Health Magazine
“Darrell Moon has brought dedicated teams together to put the patient—the person—back in the center of healthcare. Together, we can bring caring back into healthcare. You, CEO, have the power, and Darrell can show you and help you to claim it. You have an army behind you, and the army is growing!” —Kimberlee Langford, BSN, R.N., CCM, CRMT, CPC, Vice President of Clinical Services for Specialty Care Management
“Darrell shares valuable insights for CEOs to transform both the health and healthcare of this country.” —Betsy Foster, Co-Founder and President of Love.Life
“Make Healthcare Work for You empowers CEOs with information to leverage healthcare as a strategy to achieve a CEO’s business objectives, rather than simply being a ‘get it and forget it’ purchase. In my opinion as a healthcare insider of over 30 years, the vision Darrell outlines in his book is a model of healthcare that will become a movement that sweeps through America in the coming years.” —Bob Hilke, United Health Group (1988-2019), held various director-level positions including Director of Healthcare Operations, Operations Controller, Finance, Appeals, Communications, and Technology
