A record of the proceedings of the House of Lords of the English Parliament. This book is a single volume of a multi-volume set and was the only one purchased because of an interesting misprint on the opening page. The misprint gives the date as November 14, "1967", instead of "1697". Perhaps a Freudian slip and a far-seeing Lords commentary insofar as the "Lords" talk about the same subjects in the present time as they did more than three hundred years ago! A very good clean copy in the original leather binding. Decorated gold-inlaid spine with title in gold letters.
