The model is meant to be agreeable for the entire mankind to protect state sovereignty & individual liberty. Prof. N U M Akramul Kabir Khan is from Mahabbat Khan Clan, Mahabbat Khan Para, Bauria, Sandwip, Chattogram, Bangladesh. He obtained BSME, BS(Math), & BS(Physics) degrees from Univ of Oklahoma. He taught Engineering Math & Engineering Physics for 20 years in Premier Univ, & also became a Senior Project Engineer during his 7 years in R&D Engineering.
