Horne, and the third has the imprint 'printed for Thomas Horne'. In this issue the index ends on p.[18]. Page 89 is misnumbered 68. This is an early illustrated edition, and corresponds with the copy in the Robert W. Severance collection of Hudibras at the University of North Carolina but differs in these respects: this copy has 18 engravings (the Severance copy has only 16), and also the additional pages of annotations (pp361-408) which are referred to in the title but which do not appear to be present in the Severance copy, according to Michael Greco's descriptive catalogue in 2000.
