Ravender Goyal is a technology entrepreneur and executive whose companies have achieved multiple successful acquisitions and a public offering, collectively creating significant shareholder value. He holds an M.S. in EE&CS from the University of Minnesota, M.Tech from IIT Kanpur, and a B.E. in E&C from IIT Roorkee. He is also a co-author and editor of two graduate-level textbooks and has over 60 technical publications in wireless chip design, and holds 13 U.S. patents. He is the founder of MOONKLOUD, an AI agentic technology incubator. Previously, he co-founded Sureline Systems (acquired by Persistent Systems) in Cloud migration and application mobility. He co-founded XPEDION Design, an EDA company whose harmonic balance simulator GoldenGate became widely adopted in the RF IC design industry before the company was acquired by Agilent Technologies. He also served as an advisor at Tavanza, Inc. (acquired by ANADIGICS). Earlier in his career, he was a co-founder of ANADIGICS, Inc., a pioneer in GaAs RF ICs for the mobile handset industry, which went public on NASDAQ and became a leading supplier of RF components for cellular handsets worldwide.

Larry E. Larson is Professor of Engineering at Brown University and serves as Sorensen Family Dean-Emeritus of Engineering. He is widely recognized for his contributions to microwave and millimeter-wave integrated circuits, RF and mixed-signal IC design, wireless communication systems, and semiconductor technologies for high-frequency applications. Over the course of his distinguished academic and research career, he has made significant contributions to the advancement of wireless and high-speed electronic systems through pioneering work in integrated circuit design, device technologies, and system-level innovation. Dr. Larson is a Fellow of the IEEE and a member of the U.S. National Academy of Engineering.

Dr. Tzu-Hung Chen is a semiconductor and RF technology expert currently associated with Ultraband Technology Inc., where he contributes to advanced wireless communication and RF device development. He holds a B.Ed. in Physics from National Changhua University of Education, an M.S. in Physics from National Taiwan Normal University, and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota. His professional work spans microwave and RF engineering, including high-frequency device and system design for modern wireless applications. He has built a career focused on advancing semiconductor-based communication technologies, particularly in areas relevant to 5G and next-generation RF systems.
