The book contains a good number of multiple-choice questions along with answer key on each chapter and descriptive questions and answers for the ICSE Class-X Physical Education students. As a professional it is observed that as per this new question pattern the books on ICSE Physical Education are very less in the market. Through this book, the author has tried to provide relevant multiple-choice questions and answers for the students concern. The book, therefore, meets the expectations of the students as it provides the important questions and answers for the final examination. It would give rise to real learning to the students. The contents of the book have been designed as per the syllabus given for ICSE Physical Education for the session 2022-23. This book is helpful for the B.P.ED and M.P.Ed students as well.
