ICTs are transforming societies and fuelling the growth of the global economy. The broad potentials of ICTs and the benefits it spread has not been evenly distributed within the organizational wide space. Indeed, using ICTs effectively to foster social inclusion and economic growth is among the key challenges facing the policymakers today within the organization. This book investigated the digital experiences with computer and computing technologies among the employee users in an academic environment. The digital experiences have been a way of understanding the disposition of the individual user of the modern computers and computing technologies and its overwhelming effects on our everyday life. In order to understand how individual experiences with technology use occur, there are needs to explore human-computer interactions that addresses knowledge, experiences and technology use. Most often, these experiences not only cause personal dissatisfaction and loss of self-efficacy, it interrupts workflow, reduces digital participations and academic businesses. Our study of 137 female and 107 male employee computer users shows high levels of mixed computing experiences.
