Description :
Divided into three sections: on Epistemology, Angiology and Ontology - the book s author apparently being responsible for the adoption of the first two words into subsequent academic discourse. Half-leather binding with ribbed spine; along which are gold-gilt titles and floral patterns. The leather is quite rubbed in places - especially at the books corners. Internally, the book is neatly set out with marbled endpapers and the text carefully presented with marginal comments and 'references throughout. Condition: slightly more tanning visible on the book's preliminary and final pages. Also, very close inspection of the ffep and front paste down reveals a little of the binding material. pp. xxiii, 543. TEG.
