She is an adjunct professor for the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, the SKEMA University in Lille, France, and the RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia, and has consulted with major corporations and various government agencies in the United States and abroad. Dr. Levin received her doctorate in information systems technology and public administration from The George Washington University, receiving the Outstanding Dissertation Award for her research on large organizations, and is certified as a PMP, PgMP, and OPM3 consultant and assessor.
