À propos de l?auteur: Charles J. Stewart received his Ph.D. from the University of Illinois in 1963. He is currently a Professor of Communication at Purdue University. William B. Cash received his Ph.D. from Purdue University in 1972. He is currently an Associate Professor of Communication at National-Louis University in Evanston, Illinois.
