À propos de l?auteur: Peter Steenkiste, PhD, is Professor of Computer Science and Electrical and Computer Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University. He received the degree of Electrical Engineer from the University of Gent in Belgium in 1982, and the MS and PhD degrees in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University in 1983 and 1987, respectively.  His research is in networking, including many aspects of the Internet and wireless networking.
