Item description from seller

[BUSINESS]. Nick Burgmeier, Scott Muir, Paul Munter, et al. "KPMG: Revenue for Software and SaaS Handbook: December 2017." Norwalk, CT: KPMG, 2017. English language. Spiral-bound color-printed interior leaves with clear plexi front wrapper. Guide to capitalizing on consumers by devolving your software into a subscription service. 7 1/2 x 6 1/2 inches. 42 oz. 688 pp. Back card wrapper with small crease. Text clean. Near Fine. No ISBN. No ASIN. "Revenue recognition continues to be top of mind for software and software-as-a-service (SaaS) entities because of the complex nature of their arrangements and evolving business models. ASC 606 requires software and SaaS entities to make significant judgments and estimates to account for their revenue contracts. In particular, evolving business practices continue to create new and unique challenges when identifying performance obligations and allocating the transaction price to those performance obligations. Contract modifications also continue to give rise to questions. This Handbook provides detailed technical guidance on applying ASC 606 (and ASC 340-40) to software licensing and SaaS arrangements. We address a wide variety of software and SaaS-specific issues and questions that have arisen during and since the adoption of ASC 606. We compare the effects of ASC 606 to those under legacy US GAAP for many longstanding software and SaaS practice issues.".

Description de la boutique

I sell uncommon art catalogs, academic monographs, and prints, as well as rare ephemera such as posters and zines. I ship from Brooklyn, New York. I am an alum of the Rare Book School and the Colorado Antiquarian Book Seminar, as well as Indiana University and the Ohio State University. I started in the trade at the Wexner Center for the Arts bookstore, and I have previously worked for the Columbus Metropolitan Library, the Billy Ireland Cartoon Library and Museum, the Art Institute of Chicago's Department of Prints and Drawings, and the Indiana University Art Museum's center for Prints, Drawings, and Photographs. More recently, I was the rare book cataloger at Donald Heald Rare Books, for whom I worked the ABAA's New York International Antiquarian Book Fair.
