Five-year-olds launching into the mysteries of life, Kacey (and Kyle) have questions-some more profound than others. Like "How do starfish breathe?" or "Who will I marry?"

Peggy Miracle Consolver, author of Shepherd, Potter, Spy--and the Star Namer (2015) and its companion study guide Digging Deeper Into HIStory (2016), treasures time spent with children. From being a teenage assistant Girl Scout leader and camp counselor to having annual summertime cousins camps for her own grandchildren, she delights in conversations with children of all ages. After thirty-five years teaching Sunday school, children have been the primary focus of her stories. Known for "her delightful insight into the ways of children," the idea for Kacey's Question...Who Will I Marry comes from two identical questions asked by two five-year-olds, twenty-five years apart. The first from her own curly headed daughter, and the second from her daughter's son. Admittedly, she had no answer ready the first time she was asked, "Mommy [Grammy], who will I marry?" She lives in Texas.
