A LETTER TO THE PRINCE OF WALES, ON A SECOND APPLICATION TO PARLIAMENT, To discharge Debts wantonly contracted since May, 1787. His Majesty could not however expect or desire the assistance of this House, but on a well-grounded expectation, that the Prince will avoid contracting any debts in future, and his Majesty has the satisfaction to observe, that the Prince has given the fullest assurance of HIS determination to confine his future expenses WITHIN his income, and had settled a plan, and fixed an order in those expenses, which it was trusted, would effectually secure the execution of his intentions
