Rare original 1885 copy of the Laboulaye's "Last Fairy Tales." The book is overall in good condition with some signs of wear and age. The covers have some mild wear. The binding is still good and sound. The interior is toned from age with some foxing, soiling, and grubbiness. A couple of leaves or so have a minor marginal tear. There is a small old, discreet repair to a tiny tear on page 246. The front endpapers have a name inscription and some spots of soiling and the front blank flyleaf has a period gift inscription. Along with that there may be the very occasional page with some kind of other minor imperfection such as a minor stain or marking, tiny chip, creased page corner, minor interior crack, etc. The book measures approximately 7 5/8 inches by 5 1/4 inches with several black and white illustrations.
