Rolland and Heidi Baker, founders and directors of Iris Global, have served as missionaries for more than thirty-five years to the world’s poorest people. Heidi earned her PhD degree at King’s College, University of London, where the Bakers planted a thriving church for the homeless. Rolland has his Doctor of Ministry (D. Min.) from United Theological Seminary located in Dayton, Ohio. They have lived and ministered for the last twenty-one years in Mozambique. They also travel internationally, teaching about “passion and compassion” in the ministry of the Gospel.
