It offers a systemic approach while recognising that we live a life of choices. It brings awareness and choices based on the experience presented to us at any given time. It assists the person uncover, discover and recover from old self-defeating negative patterns of behaviour, by raising personal awareness of the reasons why they choose to engage with, or resist the process of change and overcome self sabotage. Simplified, its an introspective tool of creation with the understanding that from the destruction of old thinking and behaviours comes the creation of newness. About the Author I experienced alcoholism for 25 years and now enjoy many days sobriety. I am divorced and have remarried. I remarried in July 2005 to my spiritual partner Mary and have a daughter Alexandra aged 15 years. In February 2012 I became unemployed which gave me the opportunity to develop and expand the Livingwheel System for managing change which I created in 2009. I have been involved and created community based programmes with an emphasis on personal change and change maintenance. My qualifications include a diploma in addiction counselling, certificate in psychology, qualified life coach, Train the Trainer qualification and a distinction in photography from the Irish photographic Federation. I have journeyed the Camino on five occasions. A medieval pilgrimage to Santiago De Compostela in Northwestern Spain. My intention is to deliver training courses and workshops on the Livingwheel System as a tool which I believe can assist people restore balance and realignment in their lives by way of embracing change. I live in Northwest Donegal overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and enjoy a deep feeling of belonging and purpose.
