She is on the Board of Directors of industry-leading companies including Delphinus Technologies, Dilon Technologies, and Screenpoint Medical. She is Professor and Director of Breast Imaging and Intervention at the George Washington University, Vice Chairman of the Department of Radiology, and Chief Medical Advisor and Cofounder of the Brem Foundation. She is a Fellow of the American College of Radiology and the Society of Breast Imaging and is the recipient of many awards, including Newsweek’s Best Cancer Doctors, Castle Connely Best Doctors and Best Cancer Doctors in the United States.

Dr. Christy Teal is the Director of the Breast Care Center and Chief of Breast Surgery for The George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates, as well as an Associate Professor of Surgery.
