Unique. Small 4to, gilt morocco, title label stamped thus on upper cover, containing 20 ORIGINAL WATER COLOR DRAWINGS, imaginatively conceived and executed, with accompanying botanical displays, all of it richly and sensitively shown. Lacking any useful textual identifiers as to the artist, but showing a ticket at inside front cover for the binder, "S. Jarvis, Marlborough" in the UK. The final plate, albeit incomplete, is of particular interest for its pencil outlining of the image to be made, together with a colored moth. All Edges Gilt. A Very Good copy.
