Monkey has a lovely collection of shapes hanging on display for all to see. Mama Bird wonders if he could use some of them to make a birdhouse for her family, while squirrel would like a colorful kite. Raccoon comes along to ask for a wagon, and bumblebee wants a pretty flower. Monkey is happy to oblige them all, handily assembling circles, squares, rectangles, and stars to fulfill his friends’ requests. They are all so grateful that they give Monkey the best shape of all: a great big heart! Simple, engaging text and playful PLAY-DOH illustrations are sure to make this a beginning concepts classic.
