A propos de cet article

32x28 cm. 5 linen-backed folding maps in original 1/2 leather with gilt-stamped cloth. Binding is well worn and rubbed at the corners and edges, some insect damage to rear board. The maps are near fine, with light soiling to the cloth backings. The interior maps (Boroughs of Manhattan/Bronx, Brooklyn, Richmond and Upper Queens) are attached to boards except for the last map (Lower Queens) which is attached to the rear board. The maps are not dissected and all have outline color identifying neighborhoods. The maps sizes are: Manhattan/Bronx 66x110 cm.; Brooklyn 79x74 cm.; Richmond 80x74 cm.; Upper Queens 75x79 cm.; Lower Queens 75x79 cm. Not in Haskell, though not to be confused with Haskell 1530, which appears to combine the five maps here onto a single map with the same title. OCLC18091586 locates 2 copies (Queens Borough Public Library and Princeton University. The OCLC entry records 3, not 5 folding maps.…
