This is the first volume under this title originally published in October, 1961. This is the sixth printing May, 1964. Over-sized hardbound (quarto). No wear to the binding, but the mostly white cloth binding is stained (probably cooking stains). The front hinge shows a split but is still strong. Pages tight clean no marks, no stains.
