He is co-developer of comMIT (Comprehensive Motivational Interviewing Training) with William A. Villaume, MDiv, MA, PhD, professor emeritus, Harrison School of Pharmacy, Auburn University. Both authors have many years of research and teaching experience in patient communication and MI.
