Jolee Mougey was trained to trust data, not intuition. But when her grandma told her the same story she had dreamed the night before… she noticed. When she realized she could feel the emotion of the waitress delivering her sushi… she noticed. When she entered a crystal shop and the owner started channeling her dear friend who had died unexpectedly… she definitely noticed.

In her world, psychics were crazy, at best. Scam artists, at worst. But curiosity propelled her to explore.

Between Costco runs and PTA meetings, she visited psychics, energy healers, spiritual guides, and more. Jolee did what she was trained to do: she observed, tested theories, collected proof. She quietly educated herself and honed her skills.

Until the day she was practicing Reiki on a friend, and she clearly saw a man in her third eye. She didn’t even know what a third eye was, but there he was with his distinctive 70’s haircut. Her friend burst into tears. It was her favorite grandpa, the one she didn’t get to say goodbye to before he died. Somehow, he was still with her.

The evidence became impossible to ignore. She had to make a choice.

Stay quiet, and keep her life intact.

Or, tell the truth, and risk everything.
