Binding remains firm. Boards have moderate shelf wear with some rubbing, fraying and corner bumping. Some moderate marking and tanning. Boards are slightly bowed. All corners bumped, rounded (front lower corner bumped hardest). Wrinkling to crown and heel. Light soiling to boards. Few small stains and mild foxing to upper text block. Small stain to text block fore edge. Light vertical bend to front endpaper. Brief gift inscription - "To: Daddy / Love / Faith / Feb/57." - inked in blue to front endpaper.
