A propos de cet article

1984 Cambridge Un iversity Press (Cambridge, England), 8 1/2 x 12 inches tall black cloth hardcover in publisher's unclipped dust jacket, gilt lettering to spine, copiously illustrated with music notation, index, 351 pp. Very slight soiling, rubbing and edgewear to covers, with very minor bumping to lower tips.
