À propos des auteurs: Balraj Verma serves as an Assistant Professor at the esteemed Chitkara Business School-Doctoral Research Centre, affiliated with Chitkara University in Rajpura, Punjab. Holding a Ph.D. earned from Jaypee University of Information Technology (JUIT), Waknaghat, and a master's degree in Business Administration, he brings to the academic arena more than 16 years of rich experience in both academia and the corporate world. His qualifications extend to successfully passing the National Eligibility Test (NET) for teaching in the field of management, a testament to his dedication to education. Dr. Balraj Verma possesses a remarkable teaching portfolio, which includes courses such as Marketing Management, Strategic Management, Business Statistics, and Research Methodology. Furthermore, he is a strong advocate for rigorous research, as reflected in his extensive publication record. His research contributions encompass numerous papers published in ABDC listed and Scopus Index journals, as well as authorship and editorial work for books and book chapters, published by renowned major presses. Notably, he is not just an academic but also an active contributor to the academic community. He has played a pivotal role in organizing workshops and conferences, contributing significantly to the academic growth and development of his department and university.

Mike Schulze is Vice President for Research and Practice Transfer and Professor of Controlling, Accounting and Financial Management at CBS International Business School in Mainz, Germany. Furthermore, he is active as Honorary Professor-in-Residence for the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) in Europe and as Lecturer in the field of executive education at EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht and at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. His current research and consulting activities focus on trends and developments in the CFO area, the digitalization of Controlling and corporate sustainability performance management. Prof. Schulze is experienced in practice-oriented research, has published several books as well as academic and practice-oriented articles in the context of Controlling. He was formerly employed as Finance Analyst at Ford Motor Company in Cologne, Germany and served as an officer in the German Federal Armed Forces.

Timilehin Olasoji OLUBIYI is the acting Dean of Faculty of Management and Social Sciences at West Midlands Open University in Lagos State Nigeria. Also, an affiliate of Babcock Business School, Babcock University Ogun State Nigeria. Dr Timi Olubiyi is a seasoned professional, business management expert, senior government adviser, and scholar with over twenty-two years of hands-on experience and background in investment banking, public sector investment management, stockbroking, consulting, academia, research, and entrepreneurial development. His main expertise and research interest is multidisciplinary, focusing on sustainability, small business management and development, knowledge management, entrepreneurship, innovation, enterprise continuity, succession, green management strategies, and leadership. Dr Timi Olubiyi is widely published, his research works have appeared in the Management and Marketing Journal, International Journal of Professional Business Review, Revista de Gestão Social e Ambiental, Malaysian Management Journal, Springer Nature, Emerald, Taylor and Francis and IGI Global amongst others. He is proficient in teaching business-related courses and research methodology.
