AI and New Age Technology

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has transcended its origins as a computational discipline to become a transformative force across nearly every domain of human endeavour. From boardrooms to courtrooms, classrooms to clinics, AI is reshaping how decisions are made, how knowledge is transferred, and how societies evolve. This book, Artificial Intelligence and New Age Technology: Exploring Innovations, Challenges, and Sustainable Business Landscapes, is a multidisciplinary exploration of AI’s innovations, its challenges, and the sustainable pathways it must follow to serve humanity responsibly. As we transition from Industry 4.0 to the more human-centric vision of Industry 5.0, the integration of intelligent technologies with ethical, inclusive, and sustainable values becomes paramount. AI offers immense potential to enhance decision-making, automate complex processes, and personalize experiences. Yet, its rapid adoption also raises pressing questions around accountability, privacy, equity and governance.
