*8vo (20.5x13.5cm), hardback, 398pp + Racing Calendar 1835 + Alphabetical list of Winning Horses 1835- 84pp; Coursing Calendar 1835 - 44pp; index to volume X. Goodish condition. Half leather with marbled papered boards, gilt lettering to spine with raised bands. General wear, rubbed, age-toned, endpapers foxed and discoloured, label mark at free front endpaper, water-stains to some pages - including title page and the b&w plates, foxed, insect damage to upper edge of page following free front endpaper, owner's name penned at title page and first number of this volume. Nicer than this sounds- a good tight copy. Contents clear and legible. Pictures available on request.
