1967. Reprinted. 198 pages. Laminated illustrated jacket over blue cloth with gilt titles to spine. Includes photographic plates. Illustrated in B&W by David Carl Forbes. Pages have slight foxing, tanning and minor thumbing. Slight gutter cracking. Binding is firm. Brown horizontal mark to front endpaper. Endpapers have strips of tanning caused by jacket. Text block edges are a little tanned and foxed with minor scratches and dust. Boards have some moderate edge wear, with slight bumping to corners and minor bumping to spine ends. Boards a little rubbed and marked overall. Gilt is bright. Unclipped jacket has some edgewear with chips, tears and creasing. Notable surface tearing to front panel.
