Krystle J Bailey has a passion for encouraging women to live their best life from the inside out. Doing so begins with learning to love and embrace the beautiful soul living within you. In Nourish, Krystle shares her journey from self-hate, negative self-talk, comparison traps, and depression to living a life of fullness, gratitude, freedom, and passion. With each chapter, Krystle shares pieces of her story as well as practical tools for the reader to begin her own journey to acceptance, contentment, and peace. Her stories are raw and authentic while her words are gentle and encouraging. Krystle becomes friends with the reader through her words. The 11 "Life mantras" that make up Nourish represent the word "NOURISHMENT". Chapters include: N: Nix the comparison game O: Open your heart U: Unleash the strongholds R: Realize your truths I: Invite God in S: Struggles create your story H: Heal your heart M: Main thing E: Empowering the women around us N: Nurturing your relationships T: Trust the journey You are enough. You've always been enough. You'll always be enough. Learning to love and embrace that truth is the first step in the direction of true self-acceptance and love.
