Jones, with some additional plates in color after other artists (Pieter de Hooch, Johannes Vermeer, Catherine Bisshop-Swift, and Baron J. A. Hendrik Leys). This volume is splendidly illustrated with numerous b/w full-page and in-text illustrations, as well as 10 tissue-guarded color plates. Front cover detached but present. Spine slightly cocked and creased. Moderate and sporadic age-toning and soiling to covers. Text in French and English.
