no date (ca 1900). Color pictorial card die-cut in the shape of a shoe. String-bound. Covers and title page plus six leaves with the rhyme embellished by Weatherly. Magnificently illustrated by Edith Berkeley. Each of the six leaves has a wonderful chromolithograped illustration on the recto and a sepia illustration on the verso. A perfect, very fine copy. Rare thus. 0.
