À propos des auteurs: Mahasweta Devi (1926-2016) was a writer and social activist. She was the author of numerous novels, essays, and short stories.

Gayatri Chakravorty Spivak is university professor in the humanities at Columbia University and the author of many books, including Nationalism and the Imagination, also published by Seagull Books.
