A propos de cet article

Original typescript for the play, The Rose of the Rancho, co-authored by David Belasco and Richard Walton Tully. No holographs or signatures by the authors. The play is presented in three acts and typescript divided accordingly. No date, circa 1906. 8 1/2" x 11." 125 pages total (Act I: 52 pages; Act II: 55 pages; Act III: 18 pages). Pages are clean and intact overall except for moderate age toning, slight wear to extremities, and a cloth strip tipped in on back of last page (likely from being formerly bound). A Very Good copy. Kinkaid is using a legal loophole to extract land and property from their rightful owners and leaving a wake of despair throughout California. Distraught, Juanita enlists the help of a federal agent Kearney to put a stop to Kinkaid and his men.…
