This book second part aims to explain why productivity and education has close relationship to influence developing Asia countries' economic growth nowadays. Moreover, I shall indicate how growth theory can support it has relationship between education and economic productivity. Also, I shall indicate how the two different channels through which human capital can affect long run economic growth by education provision to developing Asia countries.
